We have 26 years of experience in all aspects of roofing from composition shingles and cedar shakes, to single ply, torch on systems and metal roofing.  Re-roofing residential homes are our specialty and we use only the best roofing materials available.

There are many options when re-roofing and we will advise you on the best roofing material to fit your needs.  Our estimates on every roof estimate specifies the grade and warranty of the singles and any new flashing details.  This is an important step when considering multiple bids.  We usually recommend 30, 40 or 50 year architectural grade "Dimensional" shingles because of their thickness and durability, do not confuse them with 20 and 25 year "3-tab" shingles. You want a roof that is not only functional but looks good too.

We install new pipe flashing and step shingles as needed on every job.  This is an important step usually overlooked.  We do not spread tar around on pipes and chimneys, this is not only unsightly but temporary.  We only install non maintenance flashing to insure your roof lasts its full lifetime.  Also, some contractors install drip edge metal over the roofing material  THIS IS INCORRECT.  Over time, this allows water to collect under the metal, causing leaks and rotting out the facia board.


On tear off and disposal jobs we take steps to protect surrounding areas from debris, nails, etc., remove and dispose of all the old roofing, and provide extensive cleanup.

I personally supervise and work on every job making sure your roof is completed correctly and in a timely manner.  Drive by any of our completed roofs and you will see a quality, professional job that will last for many years.  The lowest bid may get you the lowest quality, make sure you check out the details and specifications.  A vague estimate usually means important details will be left out.
